Зянон Пазьняк: \”Такiя ж выбары праводзiлi бальшавiкi ў першыя гады Савецкай улады…\”
Напярэдаднi прэзiдэнцкiх выбараў Зянон Пазьняк адказаў на пытаннi карэспандэнта Euramost.org.
– Зянон Станiслававiч, давайце пачнём з таго – якiмi Вам бачацца гэтыя выбары?
– Яны ўжо зроблены зараней. I сцэнар гэты выказаў расiйскi палiтолаг Глеб Паўлоўскi, хоць пра гэтае самае мы расказвалi яшчэ перад Новым годам. Усё зараз спраўджваецца. Ствараюцца два быццам бы апазiцыйныя кандыдаты, якiя залежныя ад Масквы. Масква мае магчымасць iмi кiраваць, дае iм адпаведныя сродкi ды кансультацыi i вызначае iм пэўную планку. Яны бяруць на сябе пратэстны электарат, але не вышэй. Столькi, колькi iм вызначаюць. У вынiку ствараецца антураж быццам бы дэмакратычных выбараў, потым галоўнаму iграку – Лукашэнку – забяспечваецца 75 працэнтаў, а астатнiя працэнты дзеляцца сярод астатнiх. А сапраўдныя сiлы, будзем так казаць, рэвалюцыйныя, якiя маглi б аб’яднацца нават за гэтых кандыдатаў, яны проста ставяцца ў такiя рамкi, што не могуць на выбарах перавысiць той узровень, якi iм вызначаецца. У вынiку ствараецца элегантная перамога…
– Няўжо ўсё так проста?
– Не, ёсць, безумоўна, у iх i пэўныя цяжкасцi, бо яны не могуць ўсё прадбачыць i ўсiм кiраваць, i найбольш iм небяспечны нейкiя непрадбачаныя стыхiйныя выступы. Таму мы назiраем зараз вельмi жорсткую палiтыку з боку рэжыму, i нiякае права, нiякi закон не выконваюцца. Кожнага можна арыштаваць на вулiцы па любой падставе, прад’явiць яму хулiганства, лаянку, арыштаваць i пасадзiць на колькi захочуць. Так рабiлi бальшавiкi ў першыя гады Савецкай улады, калi яны праводзiлi выбары ў Адэсе, ва Украiне… Яны саджалi па 10-20 тысяч за адзiн дзень. Саджалi, запаўнялi падчас выбараў iмi ўсе падвалы, а потым адпускалi. Сэрца балiць на ўсё гэта глядзець, таму што Масква гэтага нават не хавае, а Глеб Паўлоўскi нават пра гэта пiша.
– Зянон Станiслававiч, Аляксандра Мiлiнкевiча Вы таксама ўключаеце ў спiс “чалавека з Масквы”?
– Так, бо ён не ёсць чалавек самастойны. Мiлiнкевiч жа фiнансуецца Масквой.
– А беларуская дзяржаўная прапаганда сцвярджае, што Захадам.
– Не важна – кiм. Захад праводзiць узгодненую палiтыку з Масквой – гэта вiдавочна. I вiдавочна, як падзяляюцца сферы ўплыву. А справа ў тым, што пры любых палiтычных сiтуацыях, асаблiва падчас выбараў, фiнасавацца чужымi, а не нацыянальнымi сiламi, гэта гiблая справа. Гэта поўная залежнасць, нiякай самастойнай палiтыкi быць не можа. Таму гэта адразу зразумела – асаблiва, калi фiнансуе Масква. Кандыдаты ўсё цудоўна разумеюць.
– Зараз Аляксандр Мiлiнкевiч i Аляксандр Казулiн вырашылi выступаць супраць Лукашэнкi адзiным фронтам…
– Гэта якраз i пацвярджае той сцэнар – гэта вельмi iстотны момант, якi робiць з iх двух быццам бы такiх апазiцыйных кандыдатаў, якiя залежныя ад знешнiх сiл. Разумееце, усякая нацыянальная рэвалюцыя, усякая нацыянальная палiтыка, як паказвае гiсторыя, яна абапiраецца толькi на свае нацыянальныя сродкi. Вось у гэтым высвятляецца класiчная роля нацыянальнай буржуазii. Яна фiнансуе сваю палiтыку. У Беларусi няма сваёй нацыянальнай буржуазii, няма нацыянальнага сярэдняга класа, няма людзей, якiя будуць фiнансаваць сваю палiтыку. Нават, калi б быў поўны дазвол, у iх няма нацыянальнай свядомасцi. Гэтыя ўсе прадпрымальнiкi – «они же все против белорусского языка». Для iх не iснуе нацыя. Зусiм другая сiтуацыя была на Украiне, дзе i школы ўкраiнскiя, i ёсць свая нацыянальная буржуазiя, якая зафiнансавала Майдан.
– Iнакш кажучы, Вы хочаце сказаць, што ў Беларусi “ўкраiнскi варыянт” не праходзiць?
– Не. Таму што няма той сiтуацыя, якая была на Украiне. У нас зараз такая даволi iмiтацыйная сiтуацыя: маўляў, давайце пойдзем на плошчу i выкажам сваё “фэ”, свой пратэст. Галоўнае, каб толькi не было крывапралiцця. Калi iмiтуюць бойку, галоўнае не схапiць па пысе. Правiльна? Вось такая псiхалогiя.
– Думаеце, што народ не выйдзе на вулiцу?
– Чаму? Некалькi тысяч выйдуць, можа якую тысячу прапусцяць, паб’юць трошкi… Усё гэта хочуць паставiць у такiя рамкi, каб гэта выглядала мiзэрна i з другога боку, каб гэта было застрашана для людзей. Зараз страшаць, гавораць несусветныя глупствы. Гэта паранойя – казаць, што мiтынг прыраўнiваецца да тэрарызму. Гэта ўсё праяўленне пэўнай палiтыкi. Улада разумее, што сiтуацыя можа выйсцi з-пад кантролю, нервознасць ёсць, аднак усё гэта пастаўлена ў такiя рамкi, калi ўлада поўнасцю сiтуацыю трымае пад кантролем з пазiцыi сiлы. I яны гэтага не хаваюць.
– Па Вашых словах атрымлiваецца, што Аляксандр Лукашэнка перамагае ў любым выпадку…
– Я даўно казаў пра гэта. I адзiны выхад быў, як змагацца з гэтай напасцю, – народнае галасаванне. Законны i правiльны адзiны выхад. Аднак супраць гэтага выступiлi ж усе сёняшнiя кандыдаты. Я таму i iшоў прэтэндэнтам, каб прыехаць у Беларусь i праводзiць народнае галасаванне, за што i агiтаваў бы. Гэта значыць, што я не падтрымлiваў бы афiцыйную схему галасавання, каб людзi iшлi i галасавалi па схеме Лукашэнкi. Сутнасць народнага галасавання – выкiнуць Лукашэнку з выбарчага працэсу на законных падставах. Вось у чым сутнасць. А потым праводзiлiся б выбары. У адзiн этап гэтыя выбары выйграць немагчыма, таму што iснуе фальсiфiкацыйная машына – адкрытая i цынiчная, якая дзейнiчае з пазiцыi сiлы. Няма iншага метаду, каб гэтую машыну перамагчы, як толькi праз народнае галасаване. I таму зараз кандыдаты кажуць людзям: маўляў, iдзеце галасаваць, але Лукашэнка ўсё роўна пераможа. А тады пойдзем на плошчу i скажам сваё слова. А плошчай кiруе Лукашэнка з пазiцыi сiлы, а Масква – з пазiцыi свайго ўплыву. Гэта вельмi гнюсная палiтыка! Гэта iдзе iзноў ашуканне народа, як было ў 2004 годзе, калi гэтыя ж людзi гналi народ на незаконны рэферэндум. Гэта ж вырашалася пытанне трэцяга тэрмiну! Вось тады яшчэ, тады павiнен быць байкот. Не, ведалi, што прайграюць i гналi, каб сказаць свае “не” Лукашэнку. Вынiк – трэцi тэрмiн. Гэта ж было ўсё вядома, сказана i напiсана. Цяпер адбываецца тое самае. Таму нацыянальныя сiлы, якiя заваявалi незалежнасць, былi разбiтыя i адсунутыя ўбок, а зараз палiтыку робяць сiлы, якiя залежаць ад чужых цэнтраў. Не мае значэння – цi тое будзе Брусель кiраваць, цi тое Масква.
– Зянон Станiслававiч, тады якiм Вы бачыце далейшы лёс Беларусi?
– Я думаю, што шлях, якiм вядзе Лукашэнка – гэта поўны тупiк. Гэта чалавек, якi iдзе ў свой канец. Гэта адкрыты шлях дыктатуры. I ўвесь свет гэта бачыць. Гэта ўбачыць i свой народ – нават тыя, хто за Лукашэнку. Яны проста не могуць гэтаму супрацьстаяць. Я маю на ўвазе адукаваных людзей, бiзнесоўцаў, работнiкаў дзяржструктур. Яны не могуць не ўбачыць. Вясковыя людзi – гэта замбiраваныя людзi, яны ў цяжкiм сацыяльным стане, iм няма калi асаблiва задумвацца аб палiтыцы. Дык вось вышэназваны шлях апiраецца толькi на сiлу i прымiтыўную палiтыку, якая доўга не пратрымаецца. Таму гэта ўлада не будзе доўгай i моцнай. Iншая справа, што сiтуацыя вельмi небяспечная для Беларусi ў цэлым, бо краiна можа трапiць у вялiкую залежнасць ад знешнiх сiлаў – эканамiчную, палiтычную… Гэта тая самая сiтуацыя, якая была пры раздзеле Рэчы Паспалiтай. Адна Масква не магла знiшчыць Вялiкае Княства, аднак, калi яны аб’ядналiся з немцамi, тады праблема i вырашылася. Iдзе знiшчэнне Беларусi. Наша бяда ў тым, што незалежнасць не паспела моцна стаць на ногi, не выхаваўся палiтычны клас, якi апiраецца на духоўную гiсторыю свайго народу.
– Мiж тым, зараз Вы знаходзiцеся за мяжой, а не ў Беларусi. Можа варта было вярнуцца дадому, нават калi б i давялося адсядзець за кратамi? Не было такога жадання?
– Вы задайце гэтыя пытаннi Юрыю Захаранку, Вiктару Ганчару, iншым… Вы ў iх запытайце – няхай яны вам адкажуць.
– Зянон Станiслававiч, а чым Вы зараз займаецеся i дзе жывяце?
– Жыву на двух баках акiяна – памiж Нью-Йоркам i Варшавай. Для мяне яны сталi адным горадам. Я не займаўся ўладкаваннем свайго жыцця, таму што ўсе спадзяваннi былi на тое, што праца, якой я займаюся, яна прывядзе да вяртання на Беларусь i да змены сiтуацыi.
– Галасаваць за мяжой Вы не маеце права?
– Не маю. Я не магу ступiць на тэрыторыю беларускага пасольства, бо там мяне могуць адразу ж арыштаваць.

Беларуская Салідарнасьць:
ПЛЯТФОРМА НАРОДНАГА ЯДНАНЬНЯ.
1. Беларуская Салідарнасьць гэта ёсьць плятформа Беларускага Адраджэньня, форма ідэйнай лучнасьці паміж беларусамі і пазыцыя змаганьня з акупацыйным антыбеларускім рэжымам. Яе дэклярацыя салідарнасьці простая і надзейная, па прынцыпу Каліноўскага:
— Каго любіш?
— Люблю Беларусь.
— Дык узаемна.
2. Зьместам беларускага яднаньня ёсьць Беларуская нацыянальная дзяржава. Сымвалам Беларускай дзяржавы ёсьць нацыянальны Бел-Чырвона-Белы Сьцяг і гэрб Пагоня.
3. Беларуская Салідарнасьць стаіць за праўду Беларускага Адраджэньня, якое кажа: «Не правы чалавека — галоўнае для беларусаў, а незалежнасьць і свабода, бо не бывае „правоў чалавека“ пад акупацыяй». Трэба змагацца за свабоду і вызваленьне Беларусі, а не прасіць «правоў» у рэжыма і акупантаў. Акупанты правоў не даюць. Яны пакідаюць нам «права» быць рабочым матэрыялам дзеля іхных імпэрскіх інтарэсаў.
4. Беларуская Салідарнасьць сцьвярджае і абараняе дэмакратычныя каштоўнасьці народнага агульнанацыянальнага кшталту, якія мусяць шанаваць і бараніць усе беларусы перад небясьпекай агрэсіўнай пагрозы з Расеі і перад палітыкай антынацыянальнага рэжыму Лукашэнкі на Беларусі.
5. Беларуская Салідарнасьць мацуе грунт, кірунак дзеяньняў і ідэі беларускага змаганьня ў абарону беларускай незалежнасьці, мовы, культуры, беларускай нацыянальнай уласнасьці, маёмасьці і беларускай дзяржаўнай сістэмы дэмакратычнага існаваньня нацыі.
6. Усіх беларусаў як нацыю злучае і яднае беларуская мова, беларуская гісторыя, беларуская зямля, беларуская культура, беларуская дзяржава і ўся беларуская супольнасьць людзей — Беларускі Народ.
7. Усе беларусы, незалежна ад сьветапогляду і палітычных кірункаў, яднаюцца дзеля абароны беларускіх каштоўнасьцяў, беларускіх сымвалаў і беларускіх нацыянальных інтарэсаў.
8. Формы дзейнасьці Беларускай Салідарнасьці могуць быць рознымі, але заўсёды павінна ўлічвацца антыбеларуская палітыка прамаскоўскага рэжыму на Беларусі і пагроза нашаму нацыянальнаму, культурнаму і дзяржаўнаму існаваньню. Таму ва ўсіх справах — Беларусь перад усім. Трэба шанаваць усё беларускае. Шанаваць беларускую дзяржаўнасьць. Шанаваць беларускую мову і беларускі народ. Шанаваць беларускую зямлю і беларускую культуру. Шанаваць здабытак народнай працы. Беларус беларуса мусіць бараніць перад небясьпекай. Беларус беларусу мусіць дапамагаць. Беларус беларуса павінен падтрымліваць паўсюдна на Беларусі і ва ўсім сьвеце.
