January 19, 2007 the Soim of the Conservative Christian Party – BPF has handed in an application to the Supreme Court of Belarus. The Soim has expressed its demand to start a criminal cause on the electoral frauds on the presidential elections in March 2006. Aliaxandr Lukashenka has told on these electoral frauds during the press conference for the Ukrainian journalists in Minsk November 23, 2006.
December 10, 2007 the Soim has adopted a special resolution and handed in the application to the Supreme Court of Belarus.
RESOLUTION The Criminal Cause On the Electoral Frauds
November 23, 2006 the leader of the executive power in Belarus Aliaxandr Lukashenka has told on the press conference for the Ukrainian journalists that he and his administration had falsified the elections of the president of Belarus launched on March 19, 2006. Lukashenka has mentioned his statistics and the percents of the falsified pool. These statistics witness the manipulations realized by the regime.
In this connection the Soim of the Conservative Christian Party – BPF has decided:
- to hand in the application to the Supreme Court of Belarus in order to start the criminal cause on the electoral frauds on the presidential elections by the leader of the executive power citizen Aliaxandr Lukashenka.
- to charge the leadership of the Conservative Christian Party – BPF to prepare and to hand in this application; the deputy chairman of the Party Mr. Yuri Belenki has the right to sign this application.

November 23, 2006 Aliaxandr Lukashenka (which occupies the highest state position in Belarus) has told the following information on the press conference for the Ukrainian journalists in Minsk: “… Yes, we have falsified the last elections. I told this the Western representatives. 93,5% have voted the president Lukashenka. Somebody tells – this is not a European result. We have made 86%. That was true. If now to recount the voting-papers I don’t know what to do with them. Before the elections they told us that if we would have the European results they will recognize our results. We tried to make the European results. But, you see, we couldn’t do it. The West has promised: if we would have the European results it will be O.K. We have made the European results – but it is not O.K.” This information has been transmitted live by the Belarusan television during the press conference as well as published by the mass media including by the news agency BelaPAN http://naviny.by/rubrics/politic/2006/11/23/ic_news_112_262647/ and in the newspaper Narodnaya Volya (NN192-193, December 1, 2006). We demand to start the criminal cause in connection with the communication by A. Lukashenka on his participation in the electoral frauds on the presidential elections in March 19, 2006. This communication represents the violation of the art. 192 “Violation of the Law on the elections, referendum and the impeachment of the MP” as well as of the art. 424 “Abuse of the power or the official commissions” of the Criminal Codex of Belarus. A.Lukashenka has violated rudely the Law of Belarus and has caused the big losses to the national interests. He has violated the universal international rules of the democratic elections. This fact becomes one of the reasons of the abolition of the commercial preferences for Belarus by the countries of the European Union and Canada.
