March 20, 2006 Mr. Uladzimier Yukho, member of the Belarusan Popular Front “Adradzennie” and the Conservative Christian Party – BPF, has been sentenced in Minsk to five days of imprisonment. He has been arrested on March 19, 2006 at the local electoral area when he tried to take his voting-paper and carry it from the electoral area refusing to vote Lukashenka (he acted in accordance with the electoral Law). The chairman of the electoral commission P. Krauchuk and the police officer Shlyk have brutally arrested Mr. Yukho and confiscated his voting-paper violating the electoral Law (the principle of the secret voting). The police officers Shlyk, Tsishko and Dudko have presented during the trial the false testimonies that “Mr. Yukho had talked abusively and disturbed the public order”. They didn’t mention the brutal action by P. Krauchuk in order to hide his criminal action during the poll. P. Krauchuk was absent in the court. Three observers which had seen the incident have presented the testimonies to the judge that Mr. Yukho didn’t talk abusively or disturbed the public order. They have witnessed the brutal action by P. Krauchuk and police officer Shlyk against Mr. Yukho. But the judge Mrs. L. Sevastsyan didn’t take into consideration their witnesses (she executed the order by the regime violating the Law).

We know that P. Krauchuk is the member of the directorship of one of the Minsk plants. This sort of persons is accustomed to humiliate the people. He behaved himself at the poll as usual. But than his colleagues have explained him his criminal responsibility for his brutal violation of the electoral rights. Now P. Krauchuk is trying to hide himself. He and other criminal participants of this incident are protected by the regime. But after the collapse of the anti-Belarusan regime P. Krauchuk, the false police witnesses and the false judge will be sentenced in accordance with the Law for their crimes.
