March 19 the Lukashenka regime is violating the electoral Law. A brutal provocation took place at the local electoral district N 66 in Soviet city region of Minsk. Mr. Uladzimier Yukho has tried to take his voting-paper and carry it away in order to give it up to the National Civic Commission. The chairman of the local electoral commission Mr. P. Krauchuk and the police major Shlyk have detained him. Mr. Yukho has been moved to the police station. The regime’s representatives have violated the rules of the secret poll (Mr. Jukho would not vote for Lukashenka). Mr. Yukho is member of the Conservative Christian Party – BPF. The Party has handed the application to the procurator’s office protesting against the violation of the Law. This is the brutal violation of the Law and the human rights. The anti-popular regime is afraid of the People’s Poll.
