Dear compatriots, dear Belarusans! The false Lukashenka elections are finished. Lukashenka has appropriated 82,5% of the votes. Now you are sure that instead of elections the regime has carried on the shameless show in order to deceive the people. In accordance with the Law Lukashenka didn’t have right to participate in these elections. He had used the force, arrests and repressions against the opponents during the electoral campaign and falsified the results of the poll. These facts witness the coup d’etat and violent seizure of the state power in Belarus.
In accordance with the decision by the leadership of the Conservative Christian Party – Belarusan Popular Front I declare as follows: Elections launched by Lekashenka are illegitimate and undemocratic. Lukashenka’s presidency is illegitimate and false. Lukashenka was not elected president!
It is necessary to launch this year the new presidential elections in Belarus without Lukashenka.
Now the sons and daughters of the Belarusan People have to unite under the holy Belarusan People’s Flag and to express their will in defense of the free future of Belarus.
Now the whole free Belarusan nation, all the free Belarusans ought to unite in order to fight against the anti-popular and mentally ill dictatorship.
Because of the illegitimate character of the regime we, — Belarusans in Belarus and in the whole world, — have urgently to form the Provisional National Government of Belarus. This Government will launch the common all-Belarusan campaign in order to liquidate the anti-popular regime and the dictatorship in Belarus.
I emphasize that it is necessary to form the Provisional Belarusan Government in Belarus (discretely) and in the same time in the emigration (legally) because of the repressive methods of the regime. The politicians, activists, specialists from different Belarusan organizations as well as the known persons could become members of this Government. The members of the groups which have supported the candidates on this electoral campaign acting against the regime could also enter this Government.
I propose the first step: it is necessary to carry on the consultations in Warsaw during the first week (March 20-27) after the falsified Lukashenka’s elections.
