On the repressive law adopted by the regime

In November-December 2005 the illegitimate “chambers” and the “senate” (the Lukashenka’s pseudo-parliament) have adopted the amendments to the Criminal Codex of Belarus. They have restored the Stalinist repressive article № 58 in the Criminal Codex. Millions of Belarusans had been arrested and shot in accordance with this article. The authorities will again persecute the Belarusan people for the critic of the occupation regime and expression of the dissatisfaction of the life conditions under the pro-Moscow regime.

The restoration of the distorted Stalinist laws is a natural result of the anti-Belarusan policy. The strategists from Moscow and Lubyanka have prepared a pseudo-legal base in order to justify the repressions against the Belarusan people during the electoral campaign and in order to continue the annihilation of the Belarusan nation. They are using Lukashenka for this purpose because he is afraid of the elections.

This is a logical continuation of the inhuman KGB policy which is causing the mass killing of the people, the genocide and the barbed wire.

But in vain the annihilators of Belarus hope that they will repeat their crimes from 1920-40s. The Belarusan people didn’t forget these crimes and the persons which had killed the people in Kurapaty. The history doesn’t repeat. They know badly the Belarusan people if they would try to repeat their criminal experiments. But the Belarusan people have to know about their plans. It is necessary to unite around the idea of the free and independent Belarus and prepare ourselves in order not to permit the annihilation of our people and the humiliation of our Fatherland.

The great Belarusan people will live. The annihilators will not destroy our light future and eternal existence.
