WE PROPOSE YOU TO OBEY THE LAW
Mister Lukashenka, we direct to you our appeal because you are a politician which is executing the executive power in Belarus during more than ten years. We know that you plan to participate in the next presidential elections in Belarus in 2006 violating the Law. In accordance with your initiative an illegal referendum had been launched on October 17, 2004 in order to permit you to participate in the presidential elections. We didn’t recognize the results of this referendum. The international society didn’t recognize this referendum as well. We propose you to obey the Law and not to participate in the next presidential elections in Belarus because you don’t have the juridical right to candidate. We draw your attention to the fact that your refusal to participate illegally in the elections would be the best variant for you personally and for our country as well in the circumstances of the political events and tendencies which are developing in East Europe and North East Asia. The presidential elections in Belarus shall take place in 2006 without your participation.
